In this post we will share some information about our Roadmap with you!
We will go into details for 2017 and have a brief outlook to what will happen in 2018. This post covers the planned timetable for the coming months – technical details and other interesting topics will be discussed in separate blog posts.
This post is kept updated as development continues, so keep an eye on our social media channels to stay up2date!
In May we are planning to launch our Public Beta of Soldupe Cloud Services!
The Public Beta will be the final test (with all systems in production setup) before opening our service to the public:
- Sync of your personal data including Addressbooks, Calendar entries, Tasks, Bookmarks and general files
- Chat Service
- Soldupe Sync App for Android
About a week before the start of the Public Beta, we will publish all technical details about the “Go-Live” configuration of Soldupe Cloud Services, including the requirements for joining the Public Beta.
Of course, there will be a small incentive for those helping us out – we are looking forward to hear from you!
June + July 2017
In early June Soldupe will be released to the public, meaning everyone can sign-up now and start using Soldupe Cloud Services. Along with the official Go-Live we will also release manuals and tutorials about how to configure Soldupe on your devices.
During July (and the rest of the summer as well) we will be adjusting and fine tuning the system and probably release one small feature update or another.
Autumn / Winter 2017
The Autumn/Winter season will see a major update of the Soldupe User Dashboard and the release of our community forum.
The community forum is supposed to connect you with the operators of Soldupe Cloud Services, so you can get direct help for configuring your devices.
You could also use the community forum as direct communication channel to request new features or to help other users solve their problems.
More on both topics in a later blog post.
Outlook for 2018
In 2018 we are planning to add support for syncing text messages to the Soldupe platform and to add a webinterface to our chat system.
There are a lot more updates planned for 2018, like additional features and mobile apps – more information will be revealed later this year.
